· Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

· All labels, tags, and any accessories must be intact.
· Include a note with your full name, order number, and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.
3. Personalized and Engraved Items
Personalised items (including engraved products) are not eligible for a full refund unless faulty or incorrect, as permitted by law. If returned for non-fault reasons:
· A flat £8.00 deduction will apply to cover engraving or customization costs.
· This deduction will be taken from your refund amount.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of a faulty or misdescribed item.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:
· Please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
· We will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no cost to you, including return postage.
· Photographic evidence may be requested to process your return swiftly.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
· Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item(s).
· We will refund the full item cost, including standard delivery fees where applicable.
· Upgrade delivery costs (e.g. express or next-day shipping) are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
· Refunds for personalised items will have £8.00 deducted, unless faulty.
7. Return Shipping Costs
· You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
· If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement back to you.
