Dispatch Times
· We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.
· Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Order Tracking
All express and tracked services include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your order’s journey.
If you have not received tracking details, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
⏱ Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, extreme weather, industrial action, or events beyond our control.
If your order is significantly delayed (e.g. more than 10 working days beyond the estimated timeframe), please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
· Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors.
· If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date (UK), please contact us. We will investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
For international orders, please allow up to 25 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address details, we will contact you to reship the item. Additional postage charges may apply.
